Here's one instant coffee that is worth trying. I know I said I said I always drink drip or brewed coffee. This one by Jimm's is a good alternative though especialy when you're so tired you don't have the energy to brew coffee anymore.
What made me try this coffee is the package literature which says it contains Agaricus Blazei Mushroom (effective in reducing stress which I breathe) and Ginseng (which is a known herbal healer that provides the extra stamina that I need). But that could be just a marketing strategy so I tried it.
I did some research and found out that Agaricus Blazei Murill or Mushroom of the Gods is an anti oxidant that contains the highest levels of polysaccharide among all the other mushroom species. It is however a near-extinct mushroom species that grows naturally in Brazil. It is very effetive in fighting all types of cancer.
Korean Ginseng, on the other hand,is known for its healing properties and its ability to enhance mental performance, lower the level of blood sugar (food for diabetics), improve stamina and boost the immuen system among others.
The taste is good for instant coffee and I would prefer Jimm's 5 in 1 coffee over Nescafe, anytime. It is also available in other formulations--7in1, 4in1 and the 5in1 sugar free. I think this product is available only in the Philippines.
